2020 Gladiator color availability dates (start of production)

My local dealer told me something similar a few days ago. I didn’t think much of it because they rarely seem to have accurate information but in this case they may have been right.

Looks like Punk'N opened this AM. Hopefully they actually start building them (not just taking orders like Granite).

Tell me about it.. I sold my dually too early and am left driving my TJ Rubicon, which really isn't bad, but I missed a deal on a bumper early this week because I didn't want to drive my TJ that far..

Based on my calculations, we were only about a week and a half delayed on the ordering of Punk'n (orders opened up about a week before Job 1 date.

At this rate, it's looking like August 20th for Hydro, Sept 15th for Gobi, October 5th for Gator, and some time in 2025 to get any of these colors with a steel bumper

Edit: Orders *usually* open up about a week before job 1 date

Punk’n order banks opened up today so hopefully they’ll cruise through them and that’ll get everything back on track.

Based on my calculations, we were only about a week and a half delayed on the ordering of Punk'n (orders opened up about a week before Job 1 date.

At this rate, it's looking like August 20th for Hydro, Sept 15th for Gobi, October 5th for Gator, and some time in 2025 to get any of these colors with a steel bumper

Punk'N opened today (7/19). Job 1 date was 7/15. That's 4 days after Job 1 date (not about a week before Job 1 date). Granite and Sting Gray order banks both opened up about 2 weeks before Job 1 dates. Also Granite LEs were suppose to start 7/8, and Jeep won't even give a start date on those, other than "maybe" end of the month (but no guarantee). Looking like those could be a month+ late. So looks like Jeep is slipping behind.

The more things that get delayed, the more I’ve been moving from gator to gobi, and now I’m even thinking about ordering the Punk’n instead of waiting for either of the other two. Decisions...

My thinking is that the delays have been with the metallic colors, GCM and Punk'n. My hope is that Gobi goes on schedule because it is not.
I do wonder about Hydro since it is a pearl and not metallic.

That's what Jeep told us about Granite (problem with metallic colors). Of course, they have been delivering Silver (which is also metallic), so I don't put any faith in Jeep's metallic paint reasoning.

Also, the Hydro Blue body color top isn't scheduled until October. That seems to be the hold up with existing orders (especially metallic ones).
