Looks like there is only about 1/2 inch between the mirror and the snorkel tube. No way that door opens without (at a minimum) folding the mirror in.Is it me or does it look like the front passenger door won't open all the way now due to the snorkel?
Literally the only thing I want to know.@JAY can you ask aev when some of this stuff will actually be available.
That entire front setup would not be good for towing. That bar, lights and winch block a large amount of the radiator.I also wonder about that guard, but for cooling more than trail cam.
Can't really blame them, they kinda got burned on the JT project. FCA (well, Jeep) should have partnered with them like Chevy did.Pretty disappointed that AEV didnt do more on the Gladiator, they showed that bumper last year at SEMA and its still not out.
They built more parts of the RAM trucks this year and left the Gladiator in the dust.
I just called AEV. The JT at the show has a prototype 2.5” suspension. He said it was still in development and had no timeline for release. If it’s not released by January, I may go with the Mopar kit.Literally the only thing I want to know.
Pretty sure you should just go with the Mopar kit....based on AEV's past. Also if you want you could ditch the mopar lower arms and get the AEV brackets as they are available now.If it’s not released by January, I may go with the Mopar kit.
That’s more or less the plan. I had their brackets on my 4.5” lift and they were solid.Pretty sure you should just go with the Mopar kit....based on AEV's past. Also if you want you could ditch the mopar lower arms and get the AEV brackets as they are available now.
Thought the same thing, but after staring at it for unreasonable amount of time, it looks like it will clear@JAY can you ask aev when some of this stuff will actually be available.
