I guess so but I feel like black is so played out, plus I've been running Black wheels for the past 9 years on my previous TJ and I kind of wanted something new to change it up.
Obviously we all have our own opinions, so that totally makes sense. Having driven this Anvil Wrangler for 6 years, I've played at what will look good and I cannot make myself like the look of aluminum or metallic tones in association with the Anvil color. Maybe it works better with Sting-gray. To your point of wanting to move away from blacking everything out... I have actually even considered a Granite JT because it is more forgiving, aesthetically, with metallic editions. (c:

I do like the color of these wheels, rather than black, as well:

Love this truck! Keep posting pics. This is exactly what I had in mind. LE wheels and 35s with no lift. Only difference is I'm thinking Duratracs.
Say no to Duratracs...finally got them off my ZR2 and went Falken AT...soooo much better, and it’s not close...

Gonna have to agree to disagree. I love my Duratracs.

Tell me more. Brother-in-law has them on his truck and loves them. I currently have KO2s and like them for everything, but think the Duratracs look a little more aggressive on a 35.

Spend the extra $$ and go with a premium tire. Duratracs and Falken ATs look like a tire that belongs on a Tahoe or other stock SUV.

In my opinion Nitto, General and or Toyo are the 3 brands I would even consider. I have personally run Nittos on my past 5 Jeeps. Trail Grappler is a really nice AT and silent from start to finish on the road. My past 3 sets have been Ridge Grapplers and its the BEST tire I have ever run. Running 37s right now and not even a hum at 80 MPH.

Just my opinion though.

I'm going to say just say no to Falkens. Go with Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs or BFGs.

My gripe was they were loud as hell. I’ll repeat LOUD....They wore like iron and look like they would have lasted for 20 years..Falkens ATs are quiet, cheap, look and feel great...put them on right before a 1500 mile trip, wife and I loved em...Duratracs were stock on a damn Chevy...and are bashed on the reg on the Chevy forum...I’m sure there are better tires out there, esp in >35” but hard to beat the bang for the buck

Finally made it up to Tri-City to pick up my JT today and couldn’t be happier! Now I can finally join the club and start spending all my money on my jeep again!

Hey mate what's the offset on those 717s? Looks perfect for an Aussie build that needs to stay under the guards
