Jeeps like to run towards the upper end of the power band, and treat you right when they are run.
so what is needed to do this? be heavy on the gas? shift manually? what is considered the upper end of the power band? I notice that if the rpms are high the mpgs read lower but around 2000-2500 is where it sounds smoothest and gets the highest mpgs outside of accelerating

I have driven about 10 miles since last fill up and here is my DTE. 330. I am on 35s with a 3.5” lift. Let’s hope when I move to 37s next week I can keep it over 300 per tank!

I've driven 10mi past the "Low" indicator coming on, which is supposed to be when you have 15mi left on the tank. I filled up only 20gal, and that took some work (fill up till auto-off, wait one minute for fuel to settle, repeat a couple times).

https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/fuel-tank-capacity-low-fuel-light.24554/

The VERY first time I had my JT filled up at the dealership the estimated mileage on it was over 400mi, which was in line with it's 23mpg average at the time. I have consistently gotten 300-350mi on a tank running 35s (heavy ass Falkens at that) with a steel bumper and winch, showing about 17-18mpg on large hilly terrain of KY and the mountains in the Eastern part of the state (seems to do better at higher elevation at that). This lines up a little with the estimate. I get a reading of 360mi trip estimate on a full fillup. Divide by 22gal and that's 16.4 mpg. So not TOO far off, I'm betting they pad in 20-30mi on the trip estimator, or a gallon, in anticipation of folks running low on long trips out west where gas stations can be a bit aways between.

I've yet to run it completely dry, but I intend to before the summer is out.
Mine comes on at 30 most of the time, sometimes it gets to 28 but never comes on with any less than that.
Most I have ever gotten in the tank is 21.5 gallons REALLY taking time and tweaking it and driving until it says there was only 20 miles left. Normally it will only take 19.5 to 20 tops even feathering the nozzle.

I just make sure I use the throttle to where the Jeep shifts between 3500 and 4000, then back out at speed I want to drive at. Not exactly WOT, but about 1/2 throttle.

someone should post a video. do you shift manually? because I give the accelerator a lead foot and it will rev up and once it shifts will stay in 5th gear with heavy acceleration. so I am confused as to how to keep it at high rpm
