I'm happy to report that after several small upgrades to my Rubicon, I am super happy with the results. All I did was an alignment, replaced stock lower control arms with Mopar control arms, and fox steering stabilizer. Prior to this, my jeep was stock except for new 17 inch wheels and 35 inch tires.
Issues I had with my truck:
1) Lots of wondering at 35+ mph - always had to constantly make micro adjustments to the steering wheel to keep it straight
2) Steering wheel felt sluggish when returning back to the center after I make a left or right turn. Always had to force it back to center
3) Jeep pulls to the right on a straight road when the wheel is at a normal center position, beyond the normal road crown
Results:
1) No more wondering. Tracks straight. On the highway when going 70+mph there is still small amount of wondering but much better than before. I can finally relax while driving
2) Steering wheel is much snappier to return back to the center. Also moving the steering wheel feels slightly heavier, which I like.
3) No more pulling to the right beyond the normal road crown. On a straight road, I can let go of my steering wheel and it'll track straight until the road crown takes over
Jeep drives like a dream now. I now enjoy the truck so much more it's such an improvement from what I got from the factory.
Hope this helps with anyone that has issues with their Jeep similar to mine before the upgrades.
