Has anyone used the Builtright Utility rail system with this cap?

That shelve is a great idea, I have a cap on order from different company but was amazed what the kitchen , full or half shelve cabinets, from all cap companies cost. Refreshing to see creative talent......Jack

@willemlock nice setup, love the carpeted finish.
How'd you run your power cables to the battery, within the frame rails? Also, since your fuse block is in the front of the bed , did you drill the bed?

I did a quick and dirty setup using a Home Depot box in the back.

I ran my power in the frame rails:

I did drill yes, there is a plastic plug in the front that I used to run my cables and yes I just ran them in the frame from the battery. I did a fuse by the main crank battery and then a second one in the back just to be safe.

Has anyone mounted either MaxTrax or a RotoPax to the side doors on the RLD canopy? (Or seen anything like that?) I sized up a MaxTrax with the side doors and with the right bracket using MaxTrax mounting pins I think they fit (the side door latches are a bit problematic). However, the struts seem robust enough to handle the weight of the MaxTrax- not sure about RotoPax. I thought Rebel Offroad was doing something in terms of brackets but I have not seen anything.

Not yet, I’ve been talking to Rebel and hopefully we will start working on the RLD options with Rebel soon. I’ve also talked to RLD but they have no plans yet so Rebel is our only hope for now.

Installed my RLD canopy on Friday. Now that is on, I think it's great- looks good and fits perfectly. That said, I wish that I had read all of the comments on this string prior to picking it up at UPS freight on Friday. Quite the adventure to unpack it in the parking lot, lift it on with my son and then realize that despite bringing every tool I thought I would need, I neglected to bring a drill which would have been really helpful. In case anyone was wondering, yes you can strap the canopy to the truck bed from the inside and then drive 2 hours with it without it ending up all over the highway. Anyway, once at home, I had it installed properly in about 20 minutes. Also, added a Prinsu rack which, with some more drilling, fits great.

How do you like the windows? Are they tinted?

I think the windows are a great add to the canopy and they are tinted. Eventually, I will do some road trips with the dogs and this should be a excellent setup.
