put these together this afternoon. I bought the mirrors a few weeks ago and clamped one to the drivers grab handle but it was basically useless, today was surprisingly nice so I needed a quick solution.

Total cost is under $30 - $10 per mirror from pep boys, $8 in hardware from home depot. Put them on both sides. Have some shaking while driving but still useful

For my TJ, I used self-stick adjustable blind spot mirrors stuck to the dash speaker grills. Not the greatest, but works well with no shake. I’m thinking for the truck of maybe some mirrors like the ones used on computer monitors stuck to the windshield surround (inside cab)

Great idea, though I would paint the hardware.

I’m using one of these and will try to grab a pic next time I swap them over. They are cheap, easy, and look good.
where are you attaching them? They definitely look better than mine but I already had the mirrors on hand and came up with something to fit them for a day

Did you go this route and if so do you have pictures? I’d like to see how theY look from the drivers seat.
I did go this route. I'll try to remember to grab a pic, but for the cost and ability to return them, just pick them up.

Attaching in the same hole on the cowl as you have yours.

I’ve been reading this thread and seems interesting... I’d be taking my doors off anytime soon and plan on putting mirrors. There’s this comprehensive article that helped choose because there are also 4 ways on how you want to mount it, that shows in this article. I hope I made the right decision.

Except that the article is specifically for TJs, not JTs...
