Towed a 3,400+ pound trailer 625+ miles home with a stock 2020 Overland (late August build). Equalizer sway/controller hitch, tow package, & MOPAR brake controller. No problems whatsoever - first time out, 60-65 mph with moderate winds.

See, that's just it...it's NOT a full-sized truck. But I can tell a huge difference between the non-repair and after the repair with the tech bulletin issue. Just FYI

Used my stock 2020 Gladiator to haul a load of parts for the first time the other day. Weight was about 800 lbs. Driving down the freeway I found I was kinda all over the lane and it was difficult to control the front end. Any bounce from road seams of potholes and I was really having to hold the wheel tight to keep straight.

The next day I made another delivery and had about 250 lbs in the bed. This time I pushed the skid all the way forward putting the weight just ahead of the rear axle. Still had the same issue, just not as bad since it was 1/4 the weight.

Anybody else experience this?
I have the 2021 Rubicon ecodiesel which adds 400 lbs. to the front end and the dipping and bottoming of the front suspension was terrible. And when the front went down the rear often went with it to. This would happen with long dips in the road. On highways any large bumps like rail road tracks would bottom the suspension and then I would see small cars smashing of the same bumps without slowing down! Bottom line those Fox shocks suck and the factory springs are barely there.

I LOVE my Gladiator but the suspension was bad but other than that I just LOVE the way it drives accept the startStop rarely worked, and I like the startStop because it is very fast. I often don’t notice it shutting off only coming back on.

Put the AEV 2.5” ecodiesel lift on it MYSELF and 37s shortly after. Now the ride is fantastic, lots of travel now that did not seem to be there before. The ride is firm but not too firm. The road feel is excessive, but I LIKE IT! Funny thing I noticed when doing the lift, the AEV Bilstein STEEL shocks were lighter than the shorter ALUMINUM Fox shocks that had less damping!?

I owned two F150s in the past, the Gladiator is soo much more fun the ride is similar but superior. Ford engines are very sluggish, poor poor throttle response.
