I’m 6’4” with a 36” inseam and just drove 1,000 miles over the last two days from Atlanta to San Antonio in my leather seat, Rubicon. I have no issues with how I fit, in fact it was a much more comfortable drive and seating than my wife’s MB AMG suv. No issues here!
I’m with you. 6’4”, 210. I drove it 1000 miles home and had zero issues, zero comfort issues, and zero complaints.

I just took delivery of my JT Rubicon a couple days ago with leather seats.
I'm getting cramps in my right leg from the goofy angle I have to hold my foot at to keep from flooring the gas pedal.
I have to keep my thigh partially lifted off the seat and tilt my toes up to keep it at cruising speed.
I'm 6' and 32" inseam, not 6' 6" by any means...

The JT is much closer to the firewall than a JK.
I also have a '14 JKU Rubi so I measured both from the gas pedal to the back of the seat cushion with the seat back at a "normal" tilt and the JT is 2" shorter than the JKU with the seat all the way back. If I stretch my leg out like I can in the '14, I hit the firewall in the JT.
Doesn't seem like much but the pedal has just over 2" of travel.
JKU = 44" JT = 42"
Doesn't help that the gas pedal is also 1 piece of plastic with no toggle on the pedal face either..
So far I have not found a way to move the pedal or seat track to gain the clearance I had on the '14..
I'm going to pull the seat this weekend and look for some option.

This sucks.

I wonder if it's the chest/leg proportion that's the issue. I'm 6' with a 34" inseam. No problems, no worries, even with an 8 hour one way trip home with 1 gas stop.

I am 6'8" weigh 265lbs and its not that big of a deal. My seat is all the way back and I do not lean the backrest out of the norm. If I lean my head back on the headrest just right the sound bar can just barely scrape my head. Other than that no problems or complaints. Ive had my JT for 6 weeks and have 3200 miles in it.

video didn’t load - but I assume its a tall guy complaining about fitting in a Gladitor?
I’m 6’5” and fit fine.

The wife, dog and I just drove from Atlanta to San Antonio in two legs of 500 miles each. I’m 6’4” and 220, she’s 5’11” and oops, who knows. Very comfortable drive, in fact we drove the wife’s 2017 MB suv AMG the same route several months ago and it was very uncomfortable. We both had sore backs by the time we arrived.

I think different body types and what you are used to is the bigger issue in comfort, not height.

JPFreek Adventure Magazine has posted a video from the Detroit Auto Show describing a potential problem for tall people in the Gladiator.

I believe the video was shot in a vehicle with cloth seats. Apparently leather seats sit even higher and Chrysler is aware of the tall-person issue.

Thankfully, I'm 5'10. The seat in my Scrambler is not height-adjustable but is at the perfect height. I actually added risers under the driver's seat of my '03 Rubicon and drove with the seat in my '13 Rubicon at its highest position. I've always preferred a higher driving position. Looking forward to sitting high in a Gladiator at this year's Jeep Safari if not before.
I am 6'4" and have loads of head and leg room

I am 6ft...210ish lbs. There is easily 6+ inches of clearance to the roof. Plenty of leg room and was surprised how comfortable overall I was on the trip from Charlotte NC to Orlando FL.

No complaints whatsoever in terms of seat comfort and headroom.

I even had wife drive while I sat in the back seat and I had plenty of room.

I doubt I'll be able to sit in it tomorrow at the Portland Show, but if I can by some miracle I will report back. I am 6'3" so I might just scrape by...
I'm 6'1" and 250 lbs. I have lots of head room in my soft top Rubicon. No fitment issues here...

So I'm guessing the dude didn't lower the seat? I'm at the roof at 6'1" if I crank mine up but dropped low I have a bunch of headroom.

No surprise...the front half of the Gladiator is a JL Wrangler, and those have been lamented by tall guys since day 1.

I'm 6'3" and 230 lbs. I have very little headroom at the Sport Bar. The roof is fine. It's the Sport Bar that's so close to my head. My right knee rests against the t-case shifter. My left knee rests against the door near the lock switch. The seat cushion isn't deep enough to support my thighs. The seat cushion also has no tilt adjustment to help with comfort. It's an extremely uncomfortable driving position.

I'm shocked that they stripped nearly 2 full inches of width out of the JL/JT. The JK was already borderline too small as it was.

I have very few complaints about the new Jeeps, but the interior space is #1 on the list.

Wish I would have seen this thread before I started my own, better yet before I ordered a Gladiator. I am 6'2" 215 and I just can't get this seat anywhere that it is comfortable. I don't even think the seat in the JT is mounted at the same height from the floor or distance from the pedals as a JLUR. That's what I just came from and even though they look the same, the JT seems to be drastically different. I would hate to trade in a 3 month old vehicle but I had hip surgery in May from a sports injury and I just can't figure out a way to get the seat in a good spot for any trips over an hour. Have you tried anything? For me its having my knees jammed up above the level of my hips bc I have to have the seat at the lowest position so I'm not staring directly at the sun visors. But I feel like i'm in a go kart with my knees up that high.

6'1", 36" inseam. I'm a "hat guy" and that is one of my first considerations when I look into a purchasing a vehicle. No issues here...
