21 Gladiator Diesel build question - what am I missing?

In the middle of crunching numbers. Looking to start on my mods immediately after receiving my JT (21 Rubi Ecodiesel).

Initial Mods:

3.5” Teraflex Lift Kit
Alpine IR control arms
40” Cooper STT Pro
17” Black Rhino’s

Falcon is working on shocks that’ll work with the diesel so I’ll have to spend on some basic shocks that’ll work for a few months, maybe shock extenders if I need to.

Near future mods:

Decked bed system
Road armor flares, bumpers, etc

my question is, with the initial mods, is there anything else I’m missing component-wise? Looking to get it done at the dealer instead of ORW since I can keep all of my warranties and also throw the cost of parts and labor onto the loan.

With that much lift, you will also need a new front drive shaft.

I considered doing the same thing, but my dealer charges $1100 to install a lift with adjustable track bars and control arms ($700 for a simpler lift). For that kind of money, I can do it myself and the $1100 would pretty easily cover any components that might have the warranty voided on them from the lift.

Gotcha. $1100 just doesn’t seem that bad though. Especially if it maintains the warranty. ORW and 4WP can be easily over $1500
