Constant wobble in steering wheel and whine when wheel turns.

So I am reaching my wits end with this constant wobble that I feel in my Jeep, it feels like the wheels are constantly bouncing or out of round. I have torqued everything, loosened and retorqued the track bar, shocks. I have had a friend wiggle wheel back and forth to inspect play in the tie rod ends track Bar and ball joints. And nothing. It all looks good. I have had 4 wheel alignments to make sure control arms are good, what else can I check. Also second part to this does anyone else’s power steering whine super loud or is that an issue? Thanks in advance

Just had the tires balanced yesterday and rotated and the issue seemed worse the pressure is off right now because that tire shop filled them up to 45 ?

I would take the air pressure down about ten pounds.

Any modifications or a lift? Stock wheels/tires? Sounds to me like a bad or unbalanced tire.

To answer your other question I have not noticed any whine when turning my steering wheel. Is your fluid level good?

Do you have the new steering box ? (Black is new / silver is old) my 2020 JTMT felt like it floated all over the road before the TSB steering box fix. Now it tracks like it always should have.

I can hear a whine when i turn my wheel at a stop. Usually have to be in a coffee shop line or some where i can get the echo off a building. Otherwise I don’t really hear it at all.

I also hear a bit of a whine when turning the wheel, but the jeep tracks straight.
