The Mopar one is a pretty good deal IMO.

It's very tight with the snaps, but broke one of the front strap clips trying to attach under the rollbar. But don't like it and am looking for replacement to be able to use the freedom panels at the same time.

I don't have experience with anything else... but I've always run SpiderWebShades and have never had any issues with them.
The Bungie cords have stayed taught and haven't loosened?

The bungees don’t loosen, but if you don’t use the 3m clear tape under them they will vibrate and rub off the roll bar paint.

Nothing looks or works as good as good as the ones from Jtopsusa period. Tried spidershade, tried all the ones on Amazon and are garbage compared to the Jtopsusa version.
It’s expensive but like everything else on the JT you get what you pay for.

The Spidershade version flops all over the place because there is no support in the center so I returned that within a day. All the rest use the anal bead bungee that I hate, it looks cheap and they let in light around the sides of the shade itself.

Not paid by them btw just wasted a lot money until I found them.

You’re welcome.
How long have you had the jtop? You must've spent a fortune trying all the different tops.

As has been said, I’m sure different folks have different favorites, and for good reasons or particular needs. In my case, can’t recommend the JTops highly enough. Was able to get sample pieces sent so I could compare colors along side my JT, transparency, etc. Fit and function are great in my experience. No flapping. Keep it on under hard top. Provides good shade for my son in his rear facing car seat, including the extra bit that extends a little down the back side just above the rear window in the hard top. Customer service was excellent throughout.

I just received my spidewebshade today, it might be a week or two before I install it. I have to admit I have yet to take the rear top off  so here is a good excuse.

It might sound anal to some but one of the main reasons I went with the spiderweb is I like how the bungees only wrap around the outside of the roll bar so I don't have to see a bunch of straps wrapped around it when I'm sitting inside.

Has anyone used the jtop with only freedom panels removed? If so, did you have any wind noise?

I'm ready to buy a mesh top. Wonder if the Spiderwebshade is worth the extra cash. The Shadeidea seems a good top also. I kinda like the 2 piece but if Spider that much better I will go 1 piece. Thanks for any imput.
I looked at Spiderweb and ShadeIdea. I've had the Shadeidea 2 piece on since last July - no regrets keep it on year round with my Freedom top and now with my new BestTop Sunrider (replaces my freedom panels for the summer). I run the 2 piece because I originally purchased the full one piece and it runs over top of the sound bar and antenna - looked odd. It also pulled the back forward to where taller people sitting in the back seat hit their heads on it. The 2 piece looks much nicer (in my opinion) and rides a little higher in the back.

Another vote for @SPIDERWEBSHADE ....Have them on both Jeeps. Love the fact you don’t have to remove them for anything. Fantastic fit and quality.

Have a helluva deal on a Mopar one if interested. Brand new never out of box.

Nice. I looked at the SW shade but didn't like how the shade protrudes into the rear seat headroom (we are a tall family). I went with the 2-piece ShadeIdea. If it works for you that's awesome and it looks great!

I bought the Shadeidea one piece as well in orange because I was worried the 2 piece would flap in the rear. It stands out with the orange over the sound bar. I'm thinking about returning it.

@DBravo , have you tried it at high speeds. I know they all have some flap to them, but is it very noticeable, especially the rear one? Was it easy to exchange?

I love that I didn't have to lower the windsheild. Spidershade should be able to configure it the same way. I don't mind the bungee look and if they break, it's easy to replace. If Spider or JTops straps wear out, I'm not sure they are fixable.

The full length fit very snuggly and covered nearly to the edges. It's better than the Alienshade I had on my JL, which didn't cover all areas but wasn't a big deal.

I really love the Shadeidea 2 piece, I think we are posting in similar threads tonight ha.

It's a great top, see my other post. I'd totally buy again.

And you sold me on a Premium top, so much more money........
