i also have the kit. Ive had it for 30k-35k miles so far. No issues with the lift at all. No rust, sagging, or damage to the spacers. The shock extensions havent moved a millimeter since installed them. I recently got back from pulling my 4,700lbs travel trailer 470 miles to NY, and another 470 miles back. Zero problems on the long trip with the lift under constant load from the TT.@robinja
I am about to order this kit. Was wondering how this kit has held up for you? I am just going with the shock extensions (no shocks) because I want to retain the factory ride if possible (sport S) - I really like it. I'll be adding 35's shortly after. Thank you
Thank you for your reply. I must say, over 30k miles on this kit makes me feel pretty dang confident in it. I plan on installing after an upcoming road trip in July. I might just have to take you up on your offer for rear sway bar ends. Thanks againi also have the kit. Ive had it for 30k-35k miles so far. No issues with the lift at all. i have since added adjustable front and rear track bars to re-center axles. And bump stop extensions front and rear just to make sure i was safe with bumps w/ the Tt.
At a minimum you will want to put a set of rear sway bar ends on your front sway bar. Theyre longer so they put the sway bar back to roughly where it should be, making the truck feel stock again when turning. Not a must, but i was VERY happy I did. I have a spare set your welcome to for the price of shipping.
15K on the lift and no issues. I've towed trailers and campers without any concern or issue. @Gren71 has me beat and good to know kit is working well for everyone.@robinja

I did, I ended up ordering a set of the mopar performance lower control arms and they certainly made a difference. They were not very expensive but in retrospect a set of fully adjustable ones would’ve been better so I could really dial it in all the wayDid you guys also do lower control arms? Or not needed?
I did not. Haven't had any issues.Did you guys also do lower control arms? Or not needed?
I'm looking to get the Iron Rock 2" Kit w/DT8000 shocks for my 21 JT Overland. I don’t have a part number on hand but it is legitimately just OEM rear sway bar ends.I'm looking to get the Iron Rock 2" Kit w/DT8000 shocks for my 21 JT Overland. Will also be swapping the factory 18"s for 17" with 285/70r17 tires.
Regarding "set of rear sway bar ends", can you clarify which partrecommended for this? Is it literally just OEM rear sway bar ends? Do you happen to have a part number handy?
Thanks for the info. This led me down a path where I found out there is actually OEM Mopar front and rear links (68306981AA and 68436812AA) intended specifically for the Mopar 2" lift...so these should pair perfect with this 2" lift (and can be purchased on their own).I don’t have a part number on hand but it is legitimately just OEM rear sway bar ends.
here is a pic of oem front I removed compared to an oem rear I installed on the front

They have them on Quadratec. I got mine from All Mopar Parts.Nice!
If you find them somewhere shoot a brotha a link. I couldn’t find them on all MOPAR parts
Unless you think the ride quality isn’t good with your current shocks there’s nothing wrong with the stock shocks. The spacers with the iron rock kit work flawlessly so you shouldn’t need to get the longer shocksI've been looking at lifts, I have a stock Sport S with Willy"s wheels/tires on it, the level kits weren't really enough and the Iron rock seems to be a good fit for what I'm looking for.
I've had my Gladiator for a few months and have learned it need a bit of a lift on trails and mild technical areas. Also, it just looks a little better with the lift. I had been wanting to wait till next year to put a "proper" lift on it but I the price of these spacer lifts it seems worth doing anyway.
Would it be worth getting new shocks, or just keeping the stock ones and using the spacers?
