Hello all,
I have a 2020 gladiator with 20x12 wheels and 35x12.5 nitto ridge grappler tires. The tires are all at 38 psi cold. Does anyone run at a higher psi?

You're probably too high at 38 psi. Google "Tire Chalk Test" that will tell you where your air pressure should be. Every set up is a little different.

The only time you should run a high psi is when you are near or over vehicle weight limit.

Those are load e I think, I'm on 37 D's and I run 32 front 30 rear cold. 38 is probably way too high for a load e tire.

12” wide rim is pretty wide for a 12.5 tire, chalk test may not be applicable. I run the same pressure on my 285/75/17 on stock 7.5” wide rims, my tires are LR C so far they are wearing very even, I have about 13k miles on them so far.

You can always do what I did - contact the tire company, give them your truck's weight, and the tire and wheel size. An engineer at General responded to me right away with their suggested starting point for my new tires.
But I agree with the others - 38 is likely too high. If you can slip a piece of paper under the edge of the tire, which I bet you can, it's way too high.
The fact you also have 20" wheels will change things because most here will be running 17" wheels and have different sidewall height than you have.
