Just an FYI on my situation on my radio. I have had 4 radios replaced and they all did the same thing. Come to find out that Jeep put 2 remanufactured radios in it also. Nothing like buying a $50k+ Jeep to have them put reman parts in it for warranty work. Make sure your getting brand new radios and not remanufactured ones.
So to continue on, Jeep engineers and FCA got involved with my radio. They have no idea what’s going on and no ETA on if there will be any update. We all need to come together and let Jeep know. Everyone needs to call Jeep and complain. @JeepCares needs to step up and do something other than giving us all phone numbers to call. They need to voice to Jeep our issues.

I'll bet a big mac none of these are "update" issues but are radio issues. Good to check for updates, but so far nothing I've seen looks like an update would take care of it.
This has been SOP in the software business for decades.

Oh you are having problems? We won't even begin to help you trouble shoot until you are on the latest software.

I saw that constantly - was in IT since about 1990 until I retired 4 years ago. Security, networking, servers, whatever.
But - there's a reason for that. Otherwise they have to keep track of dozens of possible combinations of things. They need to level the playing field and know exactly what's being dealt with.
