I sat down with a salesman from Tom O'brien Jeep in Indy yesterday after work for an hour and a half. Priced out a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon diesel and a Gladiator Rubicon diesel. Went over everything with a fine tooth comb and discussed both of them. I have a Gladiator Mojave now. But I drive 110 miles round trip 5-6 days a week. Gasser is getting expensive and a little gutless. Hopefully I make my mind up soon. Gecko either way.

I have acquired a work in progress 1946 Studebasker m5. I purchased it about fifteen years ago in preparation for a father son project. We will be starting it this fall. It is something you don’t see everyday.

After my wife having her diesel gladiator for 6 months and average mpg of 26 mpg I have to have one. I like everything about the gladiator.

Don't know but I'm assuming grey dash and orange trim since the Rubicon is using standard interior colors.

Anyone know how the passenger airbag deploys? Because an aluminum sheet with engine turning would be nice.

You'd probably be able to find someone to trade with if you want the grey dash.

That's kinda how I expected it too. Would be a little dangerous to cover that with Aluminum. I suppose it could be done, but the scribing required to make it thin enough to bend out of the way, without smacking the passenger in the face, would probably be a headache.

I might expirement with something when I get my grubby hands on my jeep.

How hard would it be to just change out dash panels?
