Hey, I'm just picking up an axle with a rear ARB. But I don't have any air yet. Can you share how your Airline runs and how your compressor is set up? I have not seem many posts about this.
I have my compressor behind the front driverside fender. Lines are ran along my Motobilt Skid plates to the back. The lines though are far from difficult. Just like running wires except cant bend quite as tight.

Some early Max Tows did NOT have the LSD option available. It was late availability.
I just found out in my last tire rotation I did myself I do have the lsd. Mine is May 2019 build, both rear tires roll forward, instead of one forward and the other backwards.

You never know with Jeep until you physically check what they put on them. My window sticker does not say lsd.

Next is a gear oil change and I will verify for sure, but every lsd I’ve had previously performed the same as this early JT Max Tow does. Every open dif did did exactly the opposite.

I will be adding lockers and gears when these stock 245’s wear out. I have a little less than 1/2 tread left after almost 40,000 miles. I expect 60K + out of these.

I received my build sheet today. My Overland will have
* Dana M210 Wide Front Axle
* 3.73 Rear Axle Ratio
* Dana M220 Wide Rear Axle

Neither Rubicon nor the Max tow package is available in Germany.

Not all Max Tow JTs come with trac lok. Was not that hard to add though.

Well now I am happy I DON'T have it. The JT's light rear end already fishtails easily on wet road curves
Actually the JT is a bit unique in that it does NOT have a "light rear end" like most pickup trucks. With the front wheels set way forward for increased approach angle, it has nearly a 50/50 weight distribution with 53% front axle and 47% rear axle. Most all pickup trucks have the engine over the front axle making the rear very light. This is not the JT way.

The issue is more related to chassis dynamics more than weight distribution IMHO. The springs and shocks are rated for load carry and towing and are working hard to reduce weight transfer. To be honest I thought the light in the can pickup died with long bed single cabs as we have way more truck between the axles now.

True. I raced cars for years so I'm well aware of the suspension's role in it. I've been amazed with this JT though at how well balanced it is in the corners. I've drifted mine a bit at full throttle around long sweeping curves and it's surprisingly predictable and easy to control. All traction controls off of course. Even doing it in the wet which is more fun you can throttle steer through a curve without too much issue. Wish I would have kept video off my dash cam on some of the crap I've done. lol I say "drift" but it's more just side ways skid since you can have your foot flat on the floor and there's just not enough power to work with.

I fondly remember one offroad trip where it had been raining all summer and all fall and the leaves dropped on the mud and the entire trip was throttle steering then counter steering then trail braking. It was very Initial D/Formula D but at very low speeds.
