If you do plan on using this plug for anything, please keep in mind that it has some super thin wiring for any serious load and you're likely limited to ~5A (if that... I remember seeing it and it was like 20GA wire) at most. This is not a plug you can tap for your LED lights, for example.

I got with a Mopar tech… You can achieve power through this plug, but you would have to disconnect it from the source in the fuse box and apply it to a source that does not go through the computer… If you applied powered to this in its current state it would throw a fault code and possibly activate a dummy light because it was not option with the vehicle And was not programmed… It could be cleared up with a flash of your system, but that cost an unnecessary amount of money for what it’s worth…The techs suggestion was to get a fuse adapter with an accessory pigtail and utilize fuse F50 for any accessory power if you do not have the auxiliary switch block… I was looking for a 12 V source to power my ARB air compressor.. i do have the aux but can’t justify using them for just a 12v signal wire to the compressor.
So, what I would like to do is connect my DandC Designs cowl replacement (has both a switched white LED and a yellow LED that connects into the turn signal all built into one light housing. See https://dandcdesigns.net/ for what I'm talking about...
Anyway, I thought it was the Aux4 wiring because it is the BLU/PUR color that the Aux4 wire is, and I thought, "COOL!", but it's not what I thought it was. Want to repurpose so I'm thinking that if I remove it from the fuse box (Is that F50?) and connect it to the Aux4 switch, I've repurposed the connector. Also, does anyone know how to pull the pin or otherwise connect to the plug that is on that connector?

UPDATE: So, I just completed wiring up the DandC cowl replacement lights and I didn't use the under cowl connection. Frankly, it was a PiTA dealing with Mopar on getting any schematics or technical assistance, so, in the interest of time, I just ran a wire from the driver's side cowl light to the Aux4 connection.

You mean the aux switches can be added later? I wish I had included that in my overland order but we sort of thought - why: And now I have thought of two or three reasons but too late.......
I added mine. It was a bitch but worth it. Activated them with a Tazer

It's the expense - and then to add the factory type is a pain.
I have the software to change settings (AlfaOBD and JSCAN both) to get the system to recognize them, that's the easiest part.

Really the only hard part was changing the pins on the harness. If I had it to do over, I would just tap the orange wire into the harnesses orange wire. Everything else was just taking things apart. Definitely a cheaper option from the factory and worth it.
