Looking up the inter webs for the easiest Kill Switch install and came across this.

Your thoughts before I start pulling panels and cutting wires.

I have a Sprint Booster and it has a disable mode so I haven't needed a kill switch. On my manual trans you need to push in the clutch to start, auto trans you need to push the brake to start. I think that's where I would start looking to add a switch. Let me know what you come up with.

You will probably need to do something like a relay that cuts power to the starter. The JL/JT are controlled by a computer that never turns off. Cutting power to the computer causes a reboot that can take up to 24 hours to fully restore normal function. The design requires the FOB to be inside the cab to get it started, which is sufficient for most situations.

The kill switch in the video just interrupts power to the "Start/Stop Engine" button.

This video better demonstrates the modification...

I didn't watch the video. That should be a fairly easy mod, but I would be hesitant to do anything like that while it is in warranty.

I've already crossed that bridge with the electrical mods I've made to my jeep.

I know it’s not that hidden but do you know how to do this with the aux switch?

Is the power wire they are cutting only for power can I just wire the aux button to it instead?

Not 100% sure but I would advise NOT using the OEM switch bank because I think those switches are tied into the CANBUS.

The modification to the Start/Stop button simply interrupts the power going to the button. No power, button no work.

Why would you not advise it? Why does it matter if those switches go to CANBUS?

There is an auxiliary switch settings page on the radio. My assumption is that switch bank is computer controlled and cutting into something like that is asking for a service light to pop on.

I’m stupid so I’m gonna try it and can always undo it. I’ll let you know how it goes.

It worked! No error codes or anything.
What happens in an auxiliary battery failure? Just asking because then the auxiliary switches are not available until main battery powers them after several minutes of charging first, not trying to be funny but how do you start your truck if the kill switch is dead? Maybe I'm sleepy but I fully get a hard on/off switch like in the video, just not the auxillary buttons I guess.

I always wondered if people use the Ravelco, I never see much talk about them but they have been around for a long time.
