Found a used Tonneau for a great price...when I picked it up the seller said he couldnt find hardware. He gave me a few bucks off and said I should pickup the hardware at a Jeep Dealer. Tried that...the dealer says theres no way to purchase hardware-only. Do I have options? Has anyone else found replacement hardware?

The buckle kit will be tough. Truck Hero is the OEM for those covers -- they might be able to sell you the parts for them if so. From the bottom of the instructions: Phone: 833-204-2606. Email: [email protected].

As far as the rest goes, the front rail mounts will depend on what hardware your truck has. Some require a riv-nut that is probably dealer only and I believe that one is M8 (13 & 16). The other bolts/washer/nuts should be M6 and fairly easy to source. Truck Hero may be able to sell you everything, though probably more expensive than the local hardware store bolts bins.

Thank you for posting up the Truck Hero contact info.

I just traded my Mojave for a Rubicon on Friday. The Rubi came with the hard tri fold. I folded it all the way open up against the window and latched it. (I know it's not designed to fold all the way up and be stowed like that, but just wanted to check it out) I forgot to unbuckle one of the straps, and it broke when I pulled on it.

Called Truck Hero. They confirmed they have buckle kits, and typically provide them free of charge. The only catch is the dealer has to order it due to their contract w/ Mopar. I called the dealer, and they are ordering the kit for me as we speak.

Hope this additional info helps.

They all look like nuts, bolts, and washers. If you go to a hardware store. You can probably get everything you need.

I can't tell what 6-8 is.
