Interested to know if these will fit a Sport front and back.
They are meant to be installed on Rubicon/Mojave fenders, since the Xtreme Recon is an upgrade to the Rubicon. But who knows.

if you have the flaps, does it help in states where you may or may not get hassled for having wider tires?
I would expect not since the fender is the wording in the statutes.

Another vote for the Rokblokz XL/Original...

The weathertechs supposedly won't work with the Mojave and Mopar doesn't seem to make ones that fit it (at least a couple of months ago when I was shopping), so I didn't have a lot of choices.

I ended up really liking the Roks and they are very effective. I only did the fronts..

I bet the xtreme recon fender flare extensions do. It literally widens the whole body.

I wish I had the pictures but another member used the OEM ones and they looked fantastic. I have a set sitting at the house waiting to put on.

Not necessarily for wider, but many states have a "height off the ground" coverage requirement in addition to width for the back tires that flaps help with. Even in Montana where we drive farm equipment and ATVs to town it's 20 inches for sub-8000lbs vehicles. I doubt you would get pulled over, but if you got stopped for something else they would give you a fix-it ticket, or if you threw a rock at that state trooper tailgating you.

I am in MA I believe it is that the tire cannot extend beyond the body, so the extreme recon flairs should meet the requirement if they fit.

Running Weathertech and factory plastic boards, same as SnazzGlad, and that combination has worked out well. Lots of gravel and dirt roads plus cow pastures are traveled so I've definitely thrown some crap at them. Of course, you're not going to receive a lot of cool points with this setup, however we are speaking functionality.

Of course the biggest problem you have is that black paint job, trust me I know and the reason I went with Sting Grey. A neutral color that works well by camouflaging being dirty, Gobi was a good choice too.

But nothing will make ya say dddaaaayyyymmm quicker than black and chrome. Whether ya be looking at it, or having ta clean it.

The Weathertech offering looks best IMO but they and all of the others still look like added on warts. None of them flow visually, for me. Now if MOPAR offered a fender liner that incorporated a flap extension, I think that would fit the bill. They could also have a wider option for those folks running wider than allowed tires.
