Which second vehicles compliment the gladiator best?

Funny you say that, because after getting a Gladiator I've kind of wanted a 2dr Wrangler without any top and the half doors, and just always keep it in the garage for weekend drives

That's kind of what my wife and I did (this is hers). I got a Gladiator for the bed and to take friends around in the backseat if needed. The Wrangler is our fun vehicle for just the two of us.

I think that the best complimentary vehicle to have with a Gladiator is a short wheelbase Wrangler. I’ve had this first generation Rubicon since new, and I never plan on selling it. Admittedly I would hate it as a daily driver, but it is my vehicle of choice for roof/doors off hot day driving fun.
This thing excels where the Gladiator doesn’t, and vice versa.
As a secondary good complimentary vehicle, my daily driver is this unkillable Tacoma, for doing truck things that might hurt my precious Gladiator ?. 500,000 km and going strong.

Nice! I'm on my second Daytona and fourth Charger total. I traded a 2017 5.7 for my Gladiator but missed it so I picked up this 2020 392 last year. Can't wait for the snow to melt so I can get it out again!

I love my gladiator and don’t plan to to get rid of it anytime soon. However its not the most comfortable vehicle and drive a lot during the week which cost me over $5000 in fuel last year.

I’m starting to look for a good complimentary vehicle and curious if looking to bounce ideas off of the community.

In my opinion the gladiator is:
1. Fun
2. Convertible
3. Good enough towing/utility for me
4. Okay cabin space
5. Poor cost/ fuel economy

I think a good counterpart would be:
1. Comfortable
2. Cost/ fuel efficient
3. Quality interior and infotainment (kind of in-line with “Comfortable”)
4. Easily towable as a bonus. I have a trip every year or two I’d like to bring this along on.

That's what bumpers and steps are for. Years ago, I was eating lunch in a Taco Bueno parking lot when a guy pulled up in a Honda with a fart can muffler. He slammed his door into my Jeep. When he stood up, he saw me eating my lunch and smiling. He looked down at the huge dent in his door edge from hitting my rock sliders and scowled. Instant karma.
