I went and bought a new 16 JKU in CA because a dealer there had exactly I wanted in a wrangler. In October of 2019 went to Tacoma Dodge here in Washington to trade in my JK for a new Gladiator we did the song and dance over numbers and came to an agreement on everything and when it came time to go into finance things changed. (Side note I have bought five other vehicles from them.). After getting into finance we were going through the paperwork the guy tells me as I’m signing that my agreed apron payments of $525.00 would increase on the 13th payment to $675.00 and I was said hold on why would my payment go up 150 dollars and he fed me some bs because I bought my JK in CA that I didn’t get the tax credit for the sales tax I already paid on it because it was bought in CA but said he worked into the deal a small break because I had paid WA registration and that’s why my payment would change and that’s how it works in WA. Well I signed the paperwork anyways and thought to myself Im just going to refinance it get my payments down a little lower to begin with no big deal but still pissed me off, when I got my survey I ripped Tacoma Dodge a new one and put down exactly what happened gave the sales guy tens as he was pretty good but marked down and made sure that the sales manager and finance guys were screwing people over. after four weeks I still hadn’t received anything from Chrysler capital with new account number and what not, I got a phone call from Tacoma Dodge saying hey we need you to come back down and re-sign some paperwork I was like yeah why and the guy told me he said the finance guy and sales manager that wrote your deal up are no longer here and we’re going to re-sign you on the terms agreed-upon and got 12 oil changes on top of the four from Jeep for free so I went down and resigned on the original terms, I can’t prove that they caned the two guys but I have not seen them since

I'm waiting for the next 2 survey's on the dealership I use... Not going to do them until after they fix the tie rod end their shop screwed up. I will say the dealership has a new service manager and shows some concerns about it. He was a luxury vehicle service manager before moving to this dealership.

I am waiting on the corporate dealer GM to contact me regarding falsification of identity when they completed my survey yesterday and signed.

When they were having me setup my apps yesterday during purchase it wouldn't take a password from me so my salesman said "oh that's weird, try the forgot my password link". Got the email link and reset it and was able to proceed.

Later last night I was laying in bed and decided to revisit that email and go watch some tutorials and clicked on link; as I scrolled down I saw the survey to be completed by customer all greyed out with everything checked off that was shown to me (which was not) and a 10 score followed by an e signature that wasn't mine. I've gathered that other dealers sign up a bogus email and send that link to them and then change the email out.

So I've contacted FCA Customer Care to look into all login activity on my account and have just emailed the dealership group to have someone speak to me before I proceed any further with FCA.

All this because I was an Affiliate program purchaser and the salesman had no idea about it because I initially worked with the GM who has since retired. They were trying to pin me for needing a trade-in and then tried to give me a ridiculous APR.

WHOA! I had that same thing. Thought nothing of it though. Now I'm going to have to go all the way back to last year to see if I still have it.

Yep, most probably won't even touch these emails and just delete them.

Where did you find the survey? I'm looking right now.
It's right after the "Key Delivery Features" and will fall under a click down "Additional Vehicle Features"

If viewing on your PC web browser it will just be at the very bottom of that page; huge as can be.

I never fill out surveys. My time is worth too much. I'm not going to give them free info.
