Starred some mods to the '22 Willys (diesel). Installed a new front bumper, have a Badlands 12k to go on it. Today I added ACE bars, and a Terraflex 1.5 leveling kit. I bought the Mopar LCA's to add on. I had a hell of a time getting the nuts off the bolts. I tried a 1/2 impact on them, didnt phase em. Used a 3/4 drive impact, nothin...
Ended up with a breaker and a 2ft piece of pipe and finally broke them free. WTF. They had to be 200ftlbs. Any one else had issues with these damn things

If I’m not mistaken I believe the torque spec is 190 foot pounds

Just did mine recently. Getting them off was easy. Used a Milwaukee M18 mid torque impact, which had no problem with them.

Hard part was re-tourqueing back to 190 ft lbs! Not easy when she is on the ground and space is limited

They literally are ~200 foot lbs. Hopefully you also retorqued them back to 190

I used a 1/2 dewalt, took a couple of tries but broke them loose. Haven’t been able to reach the 190 to re-torque. I was thinking about using some rams I have and raise the front to give me more room.

I also struggled with this at first but ended up using a floor jack. Had a helper basically pump the jack for me while I held the wrench on the bolt. It wasn't quick but I also wasn't dying either.

Get 4 rhino ramps To have the jeep sitting on the "ground" 6" higher and then grab a decent torque wrench, like a 250-ft lb wrench from home depot. No prob getting 190

Ok on the methods. I have a 150 lb wrench. I was going to pull it up on my ramps (all four corners) to give me some working room then do the deed. But buying a 250 lb wrench for one use kinda jerks me a little.
