Bad fog light/bed light button

Does anyone else’s fog light switch misbehave? When I press the bed light button the fog lights also turn on or off. This only happens when I press the bed light switch at the very top.

It's a two part switch. The top half is the fog lights, the bottom half is the bed lights.

Most people press on the middle of a button, not on the very edge.
