California 1/4" or 3/8" steel plate bumper spacers

What i noticed when installing mine without the spacers, I heard creaking type noise as i was tightening the eight bolts. Isolated to the angled part of the opening hitting winch. Added the spacers, still ever so close touching the winch but tightened without any restriction anymore. Ill take pics tomorrow but not much to see.

Thank you. Mine the arcus hits the front of the drum towards the top. It’s honestly not a big deal because it’s very tight. But I can’t see my line for anything and one thing I really wanted to fix. I like keeping an eye on things to make sure I don’t bind up. But if this doesn’t do that I may be looking at other bumpers.

Bump. I finally picked up more sheets of 1/4" and i also got some 3/8". 3/8" will run a bit more. I'll update once I figure out the material costs.

I'd love to get a 1/4 set to actually put between the frame and the Arcus winch tray to move the winch away from the grill. My Warn 12S presses into the grill. I added some felt but it would relieve so pressure. Would probably need to open up the holes in the tray on the inside bolts.

Let me know how to get a set of 1/4 inch.
