Trying to see everyone's axle and pinion angle on the rear axle.

I believe this is why my truck is shaking.

Bone stock. But looked at my axle and a few on the lot and mine is slightly different.

Is this yours? If not what does yours look like?

Can't imagine pinion angle off the lot is making anything wonky.
That's mine.

I've had issues with it sense I got it. I was in the middle of moving when bought it so I'm in limbo waiting for new dealer to start where old dealer left off.

Replaced transfer case, wheels, tires, and drive shafts... all that's left is axle... I believe it to be the ring gear or the angle causing my issue. It's a 18-19 hz vibration felt at 63 mph.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with that angle, it's perfect.

Something that pops up at a specific speed is usually something out of balance. Bad gears would usually be obvious at all times.

Could also be something isn't torqued and shows up at the resonant speed.

They replaced the rear driveshaft?

Then it's gotta be my ring gear.

I find that highly unlikely, but you should be able to put it onto a dyno machine and physically watch it and video tape it.

Gears you would usually get some grind or clunk or whine at all times not just a specific speed.

Have they torqued all the control arms, sway bars, shocks, track bars, etc?

simple test would be to put the jeep on a lift, disconnect the front drive shaft and spin it up to 63 mph. See if the rear shakes. Repeat test by removing rear drive line and and putting it in 4x4 and spinning the front up to 63. That would isolate it front or back.

Is anyone really going to do that on a lift? That's what dynos are for.

They attempted this in the beginning but the abs system freaks out when the wheels are suspended.

it can be done, just don't lift it 5' in the air, a few inches off the ground and common sense, if the thing starts to jiggle shut it down. Or set it up on jack stands.

Not all shops have dynos.

You have driven other glads, to make sure it not just a jeep thing?

good to know about ABS, wonder if traction control off would solve that.

You would want the components to be under load anyhow.

This is where Jeep needs to decide to trouble shoot further or keep throwing components at it. They would find a shop to send it to.

It's a 18-19 hz vibration felt at 63 mph.
Then it's gotta be my ring gear.
If you know the vibration frequency and road speed, then you should be able to calculate what component it is (or isn't) related to.

For example:
- 63 mph = 332640 feet/hour = 3991680 in/hour = 1108.0 in/sec
- Your vibration is at 18 cycles/sec
- If it is happening once per revolution of the component (that's a big IF), then the component must be turning once for every 61.6 inches traveled. Not sure what that could be, but it isn't the gear mesh frequency of the ring gear.
