I have the Mopar cover. Never tried it with roof on still... it might work. Otherwise there is the Rain Gear that I have heard a lot of good on as well.
Do yourself a favor, and sleeve that zinc plated pipe before you pour... don't allow your slab to contact it... the cement will eat it with a vengeance! Just cut a section of PVC pipe that will fit around it, cut a slot down 1 side, and snap it around the pipe... above and below your concrete pad.
I'm pretty certain that was the shitbox featured on an episode of Last Chance Garage. It is a poorly modified JL Sport with a hellcat. Nothing was done correctly... wiring was spliced, brake lines were melting from touching exhaust, lots of other issues... the work done on it was not worth...
offroad-plus/lockers buttons in front of the shifter is one way. Run the VIN number on Jeeps website is the sure way, it will list out all the options, and probably even show you the digital copy of the window sticker.

I have the MOPAR cover, works great on both Jeeps! (Funny thing that the JT cover fits my '05 TJ as well...) And yes, the instructions say to put a towel on sport bar to prevent collecting/holding water.
