I put just over 21 gallons in it one time. I knew I was on fumes :) with 0 miles to empty showing for 10 miles.

I've never had a problem with a nozzle, but I've found that I can add between 2 and 3.5 gallons after the first time the nozzle clicks off. I have to fill very slow. This usually adds another 75 miles of range.
