I went with the Tazer specifically to be able to change tire size and disable TPMS as I run a different set of tires/wheels for summer and winter. Has some cool features I didn't plan on (not sure if they're available with JScan), but use them constantly.

I've tried several vehicles between my Jeeps. Yeah, they ride better, are quieter, get better MPG, have more flashy tech, etc...but, for me, bottom line is, it's a fit. I can mod it/personalize it the way i want and they always keep me looking over my shoulder when I'm walking away...
Most of the tri fold covers will reduce the bed length by 1 panel (About 18") as the 2 panels fold up on top of the front one like so:

Another vote for the JL4000. I had it on my 21 Ecodiesel for almost 2 years. The location is perfect to quickly reach and 4 switches was plenty for me! Already ordered for the '23 overland as I plan to use the same light setup (2 bumper/2 cowl and 2 lights in the bed)
No hard top, but think it meets your other 'must haves' also, a good idea on price as Carmax is generally the high end of fair value:

Wanted to try some new tires, so went to Discount and had the Nitto Terra Grappler G3's put on in 285/70-17 with Fuel Covert wheels. Love the look! The ride is better than the stock Overland 18's ( softer) and cornering seems vastly improved.
Downside...man these things are loud! Comparing...
