You need to contact Quadratec to get set up for the military discount, but is don’t seen any issue with doing so. The rebate is through Bestop so totally separate from the initial purchase.
I personally like the look of the round lights over light bars on the front (except I like the single row hood mounted bar because it blends in so well with the cowl). The a-pillar cubes I had already so kept them, but would not mind going with the 4” rounds there as well. I may even move...
Only been off-road with it once, have been through an Ohio winter (salt, god awful amounts of salt), and have not had a single issue with it and no traces of corrosion. The Diode Dynamic SS3 lights look great in it also!
Just added Rock Hard angled up to the Gladiator this evening. Other than the pucker factor from the possibility of breaking a body mount bolt, it was extremely easy and I was able to do it by myself in about 30-40 min (already had the stock sliders off). I was a little worried about the...
So measuring from ground to bottom of the fender is probably not a good representation of level, I don’t believe the fenders are the same height when the truck is actually sitting level. My front fender height was about 1-1.5” higher when it was level. You need a consistent measuring point...
This a full soft top or just the Bestop Sunrider that replaces the freedom panels? I was just looking for the Sunrider unless the soft top is reasonably priced. With them being not that prevalent, they usually sell for a premium.
You won’t NEED to re-gear. Will it help, sure but not necessary. I have a Tazer to calibrate the shift points and correct the speedo, plus I added a pedal commander. To be honest I don’t recall what it was like to drive with the stock 33s or the 35s that I only kept for about 5000 miles...
Looking for a great condition black twill Sunrider for my JT, can be close to Ohio, south eastern MI, eastern IN, western PA or ever south western NY. I’m just South of Cleveland, OH for reference.
I went with a Clayton 2.5” lift and 3/4” leveling puck in the front, but I’m also in a Rubi which has the higher fenders. I’d think the 3” RK kit with 37” tires would be a good setup for Daily driving. I’m running Patagonia MTs which when aired up properly are super quiet for an mt at well so...
No outside pics yet but they fit great in the Arcus bumper. The only issue with it, and it’s not the fault of the lights, it’s the bumper, it’s how deep the recess in, I know I’m losing out on some dead center light.
Exactly, can’t just throw a hyper bright LED or HID bulb into any old housing. The Honda crowd is pretty notorious for it also....in a standard reflector housing.
With the Wrangler 392 starting at an estimated $77k, the Gladiator will probably be higher if they do it, there is a lot you can do to a 3.0L diesel for the probably $20k price difference. Other than cool factor and ridiculously good sound, you could build one hell of a diesel rig for that...
Possibly...it looks like you could flip the mount and go underneath but I cant promise w/o measuring.
As for color, the Rigid 360 series comes in several different colors but not RGB to change colors. They recently started making an RGB light bar setup so would not be surprised if that...
They are supposed to be 37x12.5 but never actually measured them. When I get moving today I’ll Rey too get a good measurement with them on the Jeep. My guess is some of the other tires may squat a little due to design and running a little less air, which makes them appear wider. These are...
