I'm not saying they don't sell, but they don't fly off the lot as fast. My truck was built in January 2021 and purchased off the lot in July. I live in central TX which is probably as truck heavy market as there is.
I got mine for a good bit under MSRP plus a $1000 incentive. (I know it's not...
It's not as simple as adding 40-60 lbs of unsprung weight. Adding weight in the driveline adds resistance that takes extra engine torque (fuel) to move and in this case braking force to stop. It's a much bigger penalty than say having a heavier axle housing. (Trying to keep it Jeep focused.)...
Took some metal to the scrap yard today. 5660 lbs with me and my son and some junk they wouldn't take still in the bed.
I'm 270, my son is 170 and I'd guess the junk was about 50 lbs. Roughly 5100 lbs I'd say by itself.

I like the performance with 33's and 4.10's. Once you air down the difference between a tire and the next size up becomes smaller. It's not worth the tradeoff to gain .5-.75 under the diff to me.
Too hard. It's like picking your favorite kid.
Anything that has come via a family member gets me sentimental.
I'm partial to Glocks, 1911's, and ARs. They follow me home just like puppies.
I have 20+ browser windows open of stuff I want for my JT. I'm not even planning on lifting it or anything "extreme" to it, just stuff to make life easier. Floor mats, grab handles, seat jackers, phone mounts, and the list goes on.
This thing is costing me more than my Corvette. :CWL:
