Here was my solution... 11 gage SS washer, 29mm ID and 42mm OD.
I had it lasered out at work but this is a good equivalent.

I by no means want to discount MC, but Clayton also has fantastic customer service. I've been very happy with how responsive they've been. Great for us all to have multiple companies that take care of their customers.
You REALLY should recalibrate for your speedo and shift points. Are you talking on stock wheels or aftermarket? That' a 35 which will likely rub a bit on stock wheels not to mention that that's too wide a tire for stock wheel width.
Being that Clayton specifically sizes their springs/spring rates for being weighted, I'd go with them. Maybe go ride right and just add the rear upper arms to start if that's easier on your budget. Their arms are not very differently priced buying all at once vs buying them separate so you could...
Posting in the event that others have the same issue. Received this reply from Synergy today.
"So in some super rare cases the sector shaft in the steel box is shorter than normal. I Have only seen this once before. You can use a thick grade 8 washer to space the nut out for more engagement."...
Tried calling Synergy today after I installed but I’m guessing they’re off today. Decided to send an email as well. Hopefully hear from them Monday. It’s very strange.
I know you have had the TSB done on your JT along with this new Synergy design. Did you ever have this kind of fitment issue? Almost seems like the pitman arm is too high on the splined shaft.
I followed the directions to a T and everything worked perfect except the bearing placement on the new...
In July of 2019 I got my 2020 Sport S Max Tow. MSRP of ~$44,500. I did 3 year/15k miles with $2k down and my payment is $435. They were really hot then too.
I'd just go with the equivalent gearing to factory (4.56 for 35's, 4.88 for 37's) given the SC will likely get your more low end power where you would normally use the gearing to get that.
EDIT: Magnuson for instance specifically says it's designed for stock so the factory gearing equivalent...
I’m also on the Mopar lift but with 34’s. Had this same problem until I had the steering TSB done. It’s significantly better now. I am still going to do a Clayton front track bar and the Synergy brace though.
