For the time being, since you have been laid up with your heart condition, just put a charger on the main battery, negative above the IBC sensor, and let it charge when ever you are not using it. Purchased my JT in 2019, I am on the original battery with 57k miles with it on the charger...
not sure if there is an adjustment or not, but maybe the brake switch is too close to the pedal and needs to be moved so less pressure is needed to activate the brakes thereby allowing the starter to engage.
An interesting conundrum - the freedom panels attach to and are positioned by the hardtop and the windshield frame. The rain gutters are built into the panels. As long as the position of the hardtop and windshield remain unchanged all freedom panels should be interchangeable.

My nephew recently acquired some top end Acura heated rear seats, that he built bases for and put in his apartment. He’d like to activate the heating circuit but is told it needs to send a CAN message to the Heat Controller… could he just bypass the heat controller and run an on/off switch...

since those clamps attach from the bottom, have you tried leaving them unbolted then padding under the drip rail to raise it up...
Is OP using the AGM setting? Ive Been using a NOCO Genius5 charger since 2022 on the AGM setting and the original batteries are still getting it done. Even used it to revive my son’s Tundra battery After it sat inactive for several months .
I don’t obstruct the handle, just over the ratchet and tuck through the handle so the handle puts pressure on the folds that are sandwiched between the handle and the short end of strap. I can give the handle a tug for extra tightening and then push it back down on top of the folds to keep them...
I do the accordion fold, hold it tight with rubber band cut from old bicycle inner tubes, then wedge it in the gap between the handle and the strap. If you lose the rubber band, there are a hundred more on the tube it came from.
