I use chemical guys total interior. they also Have a ceramic I've used and it performs just like the other one. I chose those because it says on the bottle they have some UV protections.
  2. Gladiator fuel overflowing.

5 years worth of posts on this thread. Lets hope Jeep takes notice at some point. Just want to add my concerns. this happens to me randomly as well. maybe 4 different gas stations in my area it happens. Auto shut off clicks and BUURRRRRP out comes a cup or so of gas. I do not overfill...
  3. Cerakote-the best ever!

iT NEEDS ABOUT 2-3 HOURS TO DRY. the reason not to put on rubber is because it will flex, stretch and move with temp changes and look like total azz. You will be fine after about 3 hours of dry time.

  9. Rear diff: DONE!

Yeah I never heard 30. I looked, called and asked everywhere. I test tightened them at 20 and one clicked at 20, one at 22. I figured that was good enough proof for me lol.
  10. Rear diff: DONE!

electric parts cleaner won’t do that. Which is why I used that 😁. also why I mentioned I didn’t use brake cleaner and what it would do if I had.
  11. Rear diff: DONE!

exactly, why would it be different? Like I said above, the factory tightened bolts on my cover were clicking on the torque wrench at 20 and 22 on the rear.
  12. Rear diff: DONE!

Thanks for the info on the slop. got this image from shadowspapa. also like i said above, dealer tech of 14 years claims 20. ARB said 18-22(purely based on the bolts they use). I do believe that the torque is more about the gasket than the bolts. the more you compress that gasket the...
  13. Rear diff: DONE!

23,000 and change on the clock. I used redline 75/140 (i don't abuse it but the added protection for off road/ towing will be handy) ARB covers. - I hand painted the ARB logo and put on 5 coats of satin clear(rattle can) this first pic, let me say a normal allen socket like this is far too long...
  14. Oil Change at 5,000

You know what is more expensive than 50 oil changes? A new engine. Changing oil often is the best preventative maintenance you can do for any engine. Be it a race car or a lawn mower. When I bought my truck I changed it at 500,1000,3000 and every time the dash says somewhere between...

  16. 🔧 2020-2023 JT Gladiator Torque Values (All of Them in One Place)

  17. HELP! Black horse atlas install

the shelf does not block the flip up, the side bars do. I searched EXTENSIVELY for a "roll bar" (this will not protect in case of a roll over as much as you would think, its just called a roll bar. much like all Band-Aids are called band aids). this is the only one i found to my liking that...
