The premium twill SuperTop was a no-brainer for me, but it looks like you have the hardtop, so the sailcloth may look better actually.
In either case, I'm very happy with the functionality of the bestop version, the bar across the tailgate is a bit of an annoyance but as previously mentioned...

May not be your problem, but I have the Mopar all weather mats and was cleaning the other day, and noticed the carpet under them was soaked.
The floor plug wasn't all the way in and was letting water in up through the floor drain. Worth a check.
I don't have any experience with the 'sailcloth' top, but I will say that the way they designed it, it won't be loose. the frame and latch system, with the separate back window and side corners, hold the whole top good, tight, and flat.
Plus its adjustable to a certain extent.
