If I do remove it completely, I'll only take off the top piece via the 4 bolts. It'd be too much of a hassle to take off all of those other plastic pieces, too
I went with 315/70R17 KO2s, no rubbing while on the ground (can just fit a finger between sway bar and tire when fully locked), but they might run on full lock while moving, not sure yet. Haven't lifted it or anything.
Folks with Rubicons, Mojaves + Max Tow have the wider axles, which I think...
I've got an iDrive here, night and day difference. I've only left mine on Automatic mode and it works great. Definitely doesn't feel like there is any lag there anymore.
Just ordered a set of 4 BFG KO2s in 315/70R17 for $285/ea mounted and balanced... Pretty happy with that price.
Now, I've got the itch for the lift... Think I'm going to go with Mopar 2", buy adjustable trackbars, and see if I need them or not.

Always worth doing a check before you drive it off from the dealership. Yes, they're free, and yes, they should be trained to handle this without any issues, but if you know how to do it yourself, it's worth the check... that sucks OP.
