  1. Phoenix Android Radio 7862 model.

I know if you look around their site you may be able to find one a little cheaper, but here is a starting point... https://phoenixautomotiveinc.com/products/12-1-android-10-vertical-screen-navigation-radio-for-jeep-gladiator-2020-2021?variant=42507879415994
  2. Help Testing Oracle Tail Lights

My 4th passenger side light just died on me yesterday. I'm going to reach out to them but the date code on the light is 8/2022, so it probably won't be covered. I ended up putting the factory halogens back in.
  3. Anybody else rocking one of these?

I have the JCR version, and I love it. Sturdy as heck. I have my GMRS mounted to it, and I store my winch controller and rechargeable flashlight on top.
  4. 392 out of a Wrangler into a 2021 gladiator.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you will have to cut off and reweld the 392 motor mounts onto the JT frame. I've contemplated this same swap, and I would want to do it the same way as you are, with a wrecked 392 JL.
  5. My DIY bed cap

It's actually MIG through a Harbor Freight OmniPro 220. I have yet to try my hand at TIG, but I really want to try it. And unfortunately, I do not do this professionally. I am just a self-taught, shade tree fabricator that likes to build stuff.
  6. My DIY bed cap

Not done yet, but I got some work done on the tailgate yesterday. I have to find a back window that I like before I cut the hole for it.
  7. Softopper question. Bed rails.

It's only sticky on the side that attaches to the aluminum rails on the Softopper. I take mine on and off all the time with no issues.
  8. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

Nice looking rig, I like the tall skinny's. Seeing your Jeep in that light makes me want to tint my windows and get the tinted rear window to match.
  9. Gate King?

Cool idea, but I can't see the mechanism having a whole lot of strength when in one of its partial positions. I don't know if I'd trust it to hold the tail end of a few sheets of plywood or the back tire of a motorcycle, as much as I trust the cable method already built in to our tailgates from...
  10. My DIY bed cap

Thank you. He's our second rescue, and despite being a handful (he's roughly 18 months old), he is such a a sweetheart.
  11. My DIY bed cap

Haha! Agreed, but I knew it would be a lot of work, and I couldn't justify spending that kind of $ on something that did not check all the boxes. I have a buddy with an RSI, and I didn't like how the lines of the cap didn't match the lines of his soft top. The CX tops are nice, but only if you...
  12. My DIY bed cap

Thank you. I wanted it to match the lines and angles of the Jeep, and be purpose built for what we do. There will be a lot of little things going on once I get a little further along, which I'll do my best to show via photos.
  13. My DIY bed cap

Yuppers! He is an amazing dog. He has his fair share of quirks, most likely from his previous "life", but he is a big beefy baby.
  14. My DIY bed cap

Test fit day! I absolutely love it. I have to make the tailgate yet, along with lots of little things and fine tuning.
  15. Brighter Backup Lights

x2 on the Oracle backup lights for the rear bumper.
  16. Alaska Daily Drivers: Hydro Blue 80A and Bright White JTR

I just looked that heater up. Solid looking unit. I like the intake/exhaust setup to eliminate condensation and that it runs on propane. Salty, but I'm sure you'll put it to good use.
  17. My DIY bed cap

No pictures today, but I got the passenger side of the top made up and welded together. Hopefully tomorrow I can have my son help me put it on the Jeep for a test fit.
  18. Recommendation for Topper?

I considered doing exactly that to a few I found on the Market before I decided to build my own.
  19. Show us your Overlanding Appliances / Gear!

Lager?!?! I didn't know you could get that out your way. I live about 10 minutes from their brewery in Pottsville, PA.
  20. My DIY bed cap

    Thank you. Me too, haha!
