This is petty... but annoying nonetheless... last night it was raining cats and dogs. I was backing into the driveway and the camera was totally useless. Totally. BUT, it was at full brightness on the screen. I tried to lower the brightness, but the dial doesn't actually do anything when you are...
So yea, we all know that the Roll–Up Tonneau Cover does not actually lock. It's just some weather stripping that holds it in place. With just a little force you can pull it up. Perhaps we're all closing it wrong? If you know how to make it actually lock, please, let us know.

Mopar Door Sill Guards Part #82215551
Amazon Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RK4H9Y3
I ordered these on Amazon like 3 weeks ago, but only now got to put them in.
The instructions are pretty decent. It's easy to install, and they seem like they're durable. We'll see.
Do read the...
This post/thread is a work in progress... as is the vehicle!!
I need to format it better, and I'll be adding pictures over time.

This is a very informal list of what I've found that's out there:
sPOD 4x4 - https://www.4x4spod.com/
ARB LINX - https://www.arbusa.com/linx-accessory-interface/ - [more details thread]
Feneix - https://www.feniex.com/sirens-controllers
Trigger Controller - http://triggercontroller.com/...
I was looking at fridges and stumbled on the ARB Linx system. I'm doing more research and will post what I find.
For now, I'm really feeling like I may do this instead of an sPOD.
@SleepyJeep you might like this too. I'm drawn to it because it includes sensors, it's not just switches.
If this is true, it’s pretty ingenious:
"This particular Chevrolet Colorado mule was caught entering Ford’s Dearborn Test Track. Ford Authority then captured the model lower its outriggers and engage in some aggressive driving maneuvers for the purpose of rollover testing. So, what in the heck...

The JL Kit fits perfectly in the Gladiator:

Why this kit?
I wanted to just write something brief about why I chose this kit, why it works for my needs. You may find that it could work for yours.
I want to be able to run certain...
I went to take the roof off, touched this and it broke.
It's the passenger side bus bar for the rear window defroster on the hardtop.
I think I just need to resolder it on.
EDIT 2019-08-06:
I tried two different kits to fix this, the first was from PepBoys and is readily available. It is the...
UPDATE 07/18/2019:
I ended up going with the Maximus 3 Stealth. We'll see how that holds up, especially since my EZPass has to also get mounted to it. I don't have my tags yet, so it's still just the bracket.
Other Options:
NJ requires one... jealous of those who live in states that...
I can't figure out what this panel/trim is called... The one that has the passenger air bag, assist and sos buttons.
It runs the width of the dashboard, and it's clearly removable... Before I hack at it with tools I want to see if anyone has removed it before on their JL. What I'm hoping for is...
So... I'm going to be working on the Genesis Dual Battery Kit in a few days, I'm trying to wrap my head around all the possible differences, as well as, see if there are some tweaks I can make...
I'm not sure if anyone has access to service manuals, I'm looking for a few...
I did find this...
So the internet is full of dos and don’ts.
Why would you, or why wouldn’t you, drill into the bed to mount, say a bed slide or some other accessory?
Note an interesting bulletin from Ford, our bed construction is different but, do similar warnings apply...
Found this in the manual (p271-273).
Some notables points:
AutoPark will engage ONLY when vehicle speed is 1.2 mph (2.0 km/h) or less.
If vehicle speed is above 1.2 mph (2.0 km/h), the transmission will default to NEUTRAL until the vehicle speed drops below 1.2 mph (2.0 km/h). A vehicle left...
This has happened to me about 3 times... while driving. I heard two fast beeps.
There's no message on the cluster or on the uconnect...
I'm looking through the manual, but curious if someone knows off hand what it might be.
Isn’t there supposed to be an app on the Uconnect that helps you air up and down? You set the psi and the vehicle honks when you reach it?
Am I crazy?
I reached out to BEDSLIDE - they say they should have a slide that fits by the end of the year. None of their current ones will fit.
I also reached out to CargoGlide - they actually do have something that fits:
Part # CG1000-5841 (75% extension - 3.875" deck height) - about $1500 installed...
