You should be able to just take your foot off the gas and pull straight back into 4HI.
Its always a little bit stiff the first couple times you do it, but it should wear in as you use it more often.
It hasn't been above freezing so no snow melt. They also don't use salt near here. There's a coal power plant nearby that they grit the roads with the cinders. It's pretty effective.
So I've noticed more and more gas stations nearby offering E-15 89 octane gas for about 5c cheaper than regular 87 octane gas.
Now I know we're not supposed to use E-85 ethanol in the JT but does anyone know anything about using the E-15? Haven't used it yet but saving 5c a gallon would be nice...
I just finished a 550 mile haul from base to Deep Creek MD for some snowboarding. Even took a detour to pick up the Ole ball'n chain from university.
First road trip since adding the 35s and trimming the air dams. Was doing pretty well on the first half of the trip but the temperature dropped...
I have a non-max tow sport-s,
I have 35x12.50r17 Yokohama Geolandar X-ATs, Teraflex 1.5 inch leveling kit and have trimmed the front air dams. I didn't notice any difference between the stock wheels and tires and my new ones. I'm getting roughly 16.5 MPG just puttering around town but I have a...

Between winter and summer highway driving back when I had my fiesta I'd see up...
Tax refund came in, probably buying my lift soon.
Question: did anyone get adjustable lower or upper control arms as well?
Are they needed with this kit?
That's terrible, glad to see you're okay, however this is the fourth time(?) someone has posted a gladiator in an accident on here and it seems like the hold up fairly well compared to most other vehicles I've seen.
I agree, but I use it to save fuel, it's really flat down here on the coast, you can usually sit a gear higher than the transmission wants to on its own.
