Depending on how bad it is you may want to consider just leaving it, in my experience dealer repainted stuff didn't really match very well in color or finish.
Assume you purchased your Overland new, IMO that is worth something as you know how it has been treated since new, that and the better options, and year newer I would keep what you have.

Not surprised, pretty sure all dealers are not doing loaners, customer service is non existent. I am also in the same area, Kelly was your best chance they are supposed to be the largest dealer in the US, they seem to have plenty of new Jeeps don’t know why they can’t put some in service as loaners.
