I'd look outside your area. Tried to order a 2021 Rubicon Diesel several weeks ago and the dealer wouldn't budge on pricing and the $1000 ordering fee was non-refundable. This is after I had bought 3 jeeps in the last several years from them :swear:
Yeah, spend your money elsewhere. I think the Mopar kit was a good option when it first came out but there are better ones out there now, but you are right you will end up spending more money to address all the unresolved issues with the Mopar kit.
The Iron Rock is a spacer lift and should not...
Just curious if anyone has had any experience in leaving their Tazer plugged in when taking it to the dealer. Will effect their readers/updaters etc. I know it's pretty easy to uninstall pre-service but does it actually matter?
Make sure you clear any DTCs. Had that issue briefly after installing my Tazer and found one DTC was thrown because of accessing the bus... so far gone but will let you know.
I know it's probably not a big deal but having the Auto Stop/Start permanently off is a great feature. After reading about issues with the the secondary battery and start/stop, this is awesome.
I just installed my Tazer Mini this AM. No problems and super easy install.
The whole swap PCM business is too much. I did that with my JK and I thought it was a PITA. I broke the wiring harness taking out the old PCM because it was jammed in there so hard from the factory. YMMV.
Yeah, maybe...
I added both recently to my Gladiator.
Few hints, make sure the mounting holes for the OEM Trail Rail hardware in the bed are ABSOLUTELY, 100% free of bedliner residue otherwise it will be a bitch to get the bolts in all the way.
On the Aramis folding cover, make sure you install the top tie...
After reading through these posts, my understanding is that you can fit a 37x12.5 on the OEM spare wheel but with bulge? Will tire shops even legally do that... seems like it would be out of spec/liability.
Wouldn't it be easier to just buy a cheap ass steel wheel with the proper width and use...
Coming from JK/JL side, typically most people get 5 wheels when they upgrade to larger tires, etc. My question is can the the JT spare fit a 37 x 12.5 and run it if needed? Do I need to order a "fifth" wheel or should I stick with the steel wheel?
Secondary question is fitment in stock underbed...
