Before a lady ran a stop sign and plowed into my front left wheel/ tire, I had put about 30k on my 40's and sport s front axle. I had RCV and Artec truss; I also have a heavy foot :) Nothing done to the rear and I've gone rock crawling.

Same, most of the wheeling I do here in south FL is all sand related, not to mention driving on the beach at Jeep Beach..
When i took mine for the clutch recall, I picked it up with m y switch panel activated and rear lock on :lipssealed:

To the OP, I take my back window out (soft top) usually end of October, and it won't go back in until march or so.
Fun fact, that’s on my rear dif cover, I never PC’d it; two years later and it’s still cooking. I just took my time prepping it and did 2-3 coats
I clear powdercoat all my steel stuff :) Holds up fine, if you see it nicked, just hit it with a can of clear
Bonus, you can see my steel bed attachment thing in the first pic with the bumper, also done in clear. I've had it on there about 2 years
I have always needed to wheel to support my lifestyle (hunting). I had a couple Silverado’s on 35’s; the last one I had, I built for 35’s and immediately regretted not getting 37’s. So I ran it for some time and then went 37’s and wished I could have done 40’s. Cue the jeep. I almost did 38’s...
