I am thinking about cutting off the black resonator by the tail pipe, it is going to be in the way of my bed skids otherwise....I wonder what that will do to things if I leave everything else and put a turndown tip on it...
I don’t know what the Gucci of aluminum alloy means either...I’m just happy to have skid plates that didn’t cost a small fortune. I know that everyone will want to say, you just bought a Mojave...?. It was a special thing after some hard years. Now that I’ve got it, I must be smart with my monies:)
I would say the lockers are worth it...but you can add those to any Gladiator aftermarket. Personally, I would keep the Rubicon, but if you are happier with the diesel, it’s your money and you need to be happy!
They do look great, but I’m in love with the disconnects:). I think I read on Apex’s website that there is a set of fender liners that work, but I cannot recall which...
I have a set now too. I haven’t installed them yet, but I should be OK as I am still running stock fenders...
are you ditching the disconnects or fender liners?
That’s what I thought too. I fully expected my wander to get worse with the 35s, but it got 50-60% better. I have zero explanation as to why. Better tires, lower pressure, I don’t know.
as
truthfully, I bought it to help with wandering. However, my wandering is 50-60 percent better after I changed to my 35s and put the pressure in them that’s on the door sticker. I might not have bought it had I been patient and waited until I had purchased tires...
