I am fascinated by the description in this post to the issues with burping.

Does anyone have a diagram of the hose configuration? We are putting off hydro assist until next year- but the struggles described here for...
I’m just curious- y’all remove the filter to suck as much of the old out? Or what’s the reason for removal?
I have always just syringed out to the bottom of the filter- brake pedal bled down as low as I feel comfortable seeing without allowing air- then filled up.
Since this is a fun topic-...
If you are going through insurance, safelight will replace with what your Jeep came with from the factory- if it’s gorilla, they replace with gorilla, if it’s standard they replace with standard.
You are in New York- for the sake of snow- buy a Heated LED light… JW speaker for the win.
Or buy the heated ones and mail to me ;) I’ll mail you my factory led lights!
We have two ecodiesel jeeps- both between 5-7k had a “break in” where they consumed about two quarts of oil in a thousand miles…. Ones at 25k the other is at 17k now…. Only consumed during this period and haven’t done it since.

I am willing to bet their service department loves this new crowd too… lol (yes- I profiled… take it easy ;))
I make good money. But I’ll be damned if I’m throwing $150-250 an hour at someone to fix a car/truck/boat anymore. I say this and do totally realize this may mean I’m rocking old...
This is a solid point. The area I live in- if you purchased a house pre 2018 you are set.
I don’t know how “most” of the folks who move in around me do it. Houses still selling at $6-700k
Even dumping 150k cash down @ 7.1% “this weeks lowest” you’re looking at a $4,100 a month ?. Can’t imagine...
