Dude there are a lot of bs extras on this build sheet- dual doors….. headliner, steel bumper…. Granted the dual doors are valuable to some folks- they aren’t cheap from the factory…. ??‍♂️ lots could be shed to put the price into a more normal range (70-73k).

You can definitely take the pressure regulator off and inspect. It’s two small bolts- it has a metal screen that will have metal bits on it if the pumps going. ???
Just throwing this out there. Ball joints aren’t hard to change…. But it’s one of those tasks that really has zero enjoyment/satisfaction…. Hope you are going with something that can be rebuilt in place vs pressing in and out…. ???
Your profile says Minnesota- what have the temps been?? I’m in the PNW and winter diesel doesn’t usually show up until the end of October beginning of November…. You get significantly colder than we do- just never paid any attention to When your temps drop.

re-gear and Hydro assist…. Hydro assist is going to pull the stress off the steering box and the frame…. If your on 37+ tires long enough it’s the inevitable- unless your going 37’s for added speed bump clearance at the grocery store.

Spring rates are fixed. You can switch brand to brand for their spring rate, but you cannot impose preload on the spring like you can with a coilover. The rest you can match with good shocks ??

I would coilover the front but not the rear. My rear weight changes way too much to deal with Coilovers. My $0.02…
