  1. Suspension AND exhaust warnings with a derate.

I thought this had been covered by a few folks and this was proven to only circulate 20%< oil and determined a location providing full flow was needed?? heck you could have been one of the dudes posting this information- it’s been a few months since I dove back into that topic….
  2. Diesel Gladiator is already finished?

Not sure where you are at- but I have called every Jeep dealer in WA, ID, & OR that was showing a diesel rubicon in stock- all stated they are not aloud to sell them until the recall has been completed? Couple mentioned they are hearing august/September for repair?? Couple that had used diesel’s...
  3. 5.38s with 37s

Do you have any long highway runs planned?? Sustained highway at 70-80mph. This is where the most heat is going to be, and effects shown. I’ll be joining with ours and 5.13’s motive gear and Dana covers. Plan is to run a gl5 natural gear oil this go around. Guess we will see. ??‍♂️???

Bro- we have all been there. ??? glad it wasn’t something pinched etc. Way to report back and own it ??
  5. Idle oil pressure (my logic vs reality?)

I think you are bringing the exact reasoning behind pg 329 oil change should not exceed 350 hours or 10,000 miles. The oil life Guage seems to be relatively accurate. When we spend the majority of our time running highway we push 7500-8k miles before exhausting the “oil life” and when it runs...
  6. There she blows!

For reading pleasure only- dive into diesel fuel lubrication standards, variations by state and wear scar scores….. Bosch is within spec…. It’s the trash ultra low sulfur fuel. EDT “helps”
  7. Class Action Law suit for windshields in Gladiator and Wranglers

Our windshield cracked in the parking lot for no reason- no impact mark just sitting on the phone and crack ??‍♂️ In-laws did the same thing day after their hard top was installed…. Wondering if it’s a process deal for the random no impact cracking. Glass is installed then top and the tension...

“Most new diesels” Dodge 6.7 -same boat lml duramax Old ecodiesel Powerstroke All tdi’s I get the point though… diesel is done until the recall is resolved ?? I’ll shift to look for our second one used… ??‍♂️. looking for sarge greed jtrd- brown leather, adaptive cruise, led package, color...
  12. Diesel Gladiator is already finished?

Why don’t you enjoy it now? Did they not make things right?? This fuel pump issue is an issue for most new diesels. ??‍♂️ adding EDT to every tank has gotten our fleet through so far?
  13. Diesel Gladiator is already finished?

I was tracking the recall…. As ours has had the recall issued for months- what I didn’t realize? And my dealer didn’t either is you can no longer order anymore? And it’s been removed from the order sheet. ??‍♂️ Happy with the one we have. Was just hoping to get a second. Assuming no one has an...
  14. Diesel Gladiator is already finished?

Stopped in today to put a deposit down on our second JTRD and we’re told as of today diesel orders are no more. ??
  15. Early fluid changes: differentials, transfer case, manual transmission

I haven’t looked it up- this Jeep is our first automatic so…. Anyways. If the JT manual is the same as the JK manual- amsoil synchromesh fluid was a significantly noticeable improvement over valvoline or Mopar fluid…. Also used to squat the drivers side and “over fill” the thrans a bit helps...
  16. CP4 Fuel Pump EcoDiesel Recall

Have you considered a new dealer? Might be a good idea. This makes zero sense. Cp4 issues have been a thing long, loooong before Jeep started using them. fuel lubrication will help. Edt or amsoil are the only two stamped/tested additives out there and have done wonders and can stand behind an...

Totally different valve train, lower compression etc. ran 0w40 pennzoil ultra platinum in our Jk- zero issues…. When everyone around me was facing passenger side valve rocker issues etc. ours ran quieter, and had zero break downs for the 115k we had it in our possession. Our jtrd once it’s out...
  19. A peek into our minds? Ezra Dyer's article: I'm Afraid to Start Modifying My Jeep Gladiator

I have always been the person who changes vehicles for function vs forum... If it looks good and functions too its a win win! I also have never understood jeep owners that dont leave the pavement? Supposedly its 80% have never shifted into 4 low... BUT Who am I to judge? Your money, Your...
