I run a day star 3/4 in the rear to compensate for a topper and decked system. Had Fox shocks, switched to bilstien’s and no issues. So, not sure if you have an older Mopar or a newer Mopar lift (shock difference).

These things are so dumb…. And then you will try them, and never deal with actual chains for highway road required use again…. Don’t get me wrong, beefy chains for muddy...
You should ask what after market oil cooler he recommends and how/where it is to be installed….. pretty sure every diesel owner on this board will buy one once you get this information.
edit: 37’s, grade and trying to push 70mph. I would consider re gearing…
(And I know I’m going to catch...
Has not happened on ours yet- but it’s a 10mm bolt, jiggle the sensor and it will come out. Has a single o-ring that you can inspect for rub/wear or broken. “Mopar” o ring from the dealer, or I’m sure a harbor freight o-ring would work fine.
word of caution- hang on to the two red wires that...
I have a century- which is a re-branded leer.
Happy with it. Well made.
Only complaint is the lack of side doors…. Didn’t think it would bother me that much- I was wrong. If I did it over again I would go RSI or Alucab.
Glad you are enjoying it. Keep us posted on EGT’s/MPG’s. Though my understanding is not much there.
Had one on order, canceled after I found out about the hood scoops not being offered for the 3.0 :(.
S&B makes quality products. I think you will be happy for a long time with this ???
I vote you flex it out and really see what’s what…. I went with 1.5” springs up front, Bilstein 5100’s for a 2.5” and 37’s and landed with 1/2” bump pad extension (on the axle- with the bump joust removed, to clear…) left me with 3/4” shock remaining. This is for a Diesel… which does have...
I am really blown away at not seeing more folks take advantage of the northridge4x4 discount on JW Speaker headlights…. 65% off is nuts. It I didn’t just throw $2500 at tires I would have been on it. I greatly dislike even the factory jeep LED’s in favor of the JW’s…
I am not actually sure if we are joking or serious…. Heim joints definitely move around like that…. They are not like Johnny joints, or duraflex joints….
And on the more serious side, if we aren’t joking our JK ran synergy track bars and the Heims needed to be replaced every 20-25k miles…. But...
Dang well, ok cool- then it looks like the older thought of Nitto’s measuring true is only with trail grapplers then ???. Thanks. Maybe this is why I see quite a few folks with 38 ridge grapplers.
I don’t know how to answer your statement about a hydraulic system drawing down….. but I can tell you that the PSC big bore kit comes with a larger reservoir for this reason…. And has specific fill levels & bleeding instructions- for this reason….. ??‍♂️. It was just a thought…. And seems to be...
I am curious if under these circumstances being described if the pump is sucking a little bit of air through the res. Tank….. after reading into another thread discussing the art of bleeding and the system having nearly a quart air bubble that is a pain to burp….. just a thought/theory…. Also...
My joke was more towards ko2’s usually 37’s measure at 35, and 39’s measure around 37-37.5…..
nittos usually run pretty true to size, so I’m kind of surprised to see your numbers with the ridge grapplers… maybe worn a bit?? Or new. Either way ??‍♂️ all fit real nice on the JT’s with low lifts ???
Would appreciate a photo of this, as I believe this would be a unicorn set of 37” KO2’s(if ever found)…… ??
Add milestar Patagonia XT’s 37x12.5r17 76#’s and I threw one on a scale they ranged between 76-78#’s across 5 tires. Balancing weight took 2-2.5 ounces each.
Measured height on an 8.5...
