Really need to know what your goal is;
a) Do you just want a lift and to run 33-35"?
Or
b) do you want to keep all the factory capabilites and do the same?
if a then do the mopar lift kit, 2", and run 35"s. Good kit, factory set up.
If b then spacers 1.5" front and 3/4" rear...
I ride as well, and drive a JT.
Watching the vid the bike is a block away and the JT is already moving into the lane for the turn. Given how far away the bike was driver most likely never saw him, and given the lane was clear for a block in city traffic, I have no issues with him Turing...

Ok, with out knowing how they wired it my guess is; the voltage drop when it goes into ass is dropping the lights, then there is a voltage issue the canbus is seeing being they are led vs standard that’s causing them not to come on.
I would call the shop get details how they wired it, like...
