If you painted the opposite the same, would look good too!
  6. Jane, the JTR

Electrical finished and RSE shipped extra rivets as I was missing 2 in my kit. Steps are awesome! Also ordered the step lights from @Northridge4x4 .
  7. Steps or Sliders....hhhmmm

Thanks! I reached out again and they are sending the 2 missing rivets. I guess sometimes we get lost in the weeds and have to be persistent. 😎

  10. Do I need a lift kit on my 2023 Rubicon gladiator if i put 37 inch tires on?

If you're getting a good deal on 37s and considering a lift be certain to consider backspace, as many manufacturers have a minimum backspace requirement. Just go all in and consider the good deal as a down payment savings for the cost of your lift. ;)
  11. Percy, the 23 JTR

Nice build! What is the height of the boxes and rollout? I'm at a max 16.5 with my hard tonneau.
  12. Jane, the JTR

Just added the RSE steps. You'll definitely need help when you lift these beasts on to your rig. I only had to shave the threads off the center driver side body mount bolt. The others were no problem. Just have to button up the electrical and zip tie the wiring and we should be good!
  13. Clayton Off-road part

  15. I just saw this at Harbor Freight today.

Thanks! They are 1 1/2" self-tapping that come with it. I have 12 that I didn't use. I used 1/2" and 3/4" of my own and one thicker allen-lock type. If I did it again, I wouldn't even use the longer ones that come with it. 2 bolt/nylocks for the legs (13mm). I added extra blue lock-tight...
  16. Steps or Sliders....hhhmmm

I was definitely over, after opting for the armor. The lights are basically rock lights, just under the steps. Rock lights go under the wheel wells, steps...well where ever you want to put them for offroading at night. I don't take my doors off enough for door delete....especially where I...
  17. Steps or Sliders....hhhmmm

Nice! You may have gotten a better deal than me! Did you get the armor? I considered the lights but I'm going to do rock lights eventually so didn't...
  18. Jane, the JTR

Jane just got some bed steps to help my knees and back!
  19. Steps or Sliders....hhhmmm

Ok...RSE took my money. :CWL: 4 boxes total. Gave the UPS driver a water and a Gatorade. Install in a couple weeks/weekends. My knees are already saying "Thank you."
